Last Friday 51 students headed to South Dartmoor for their final Ten Tors training/ DofE Gold practice ready to experience a new type of weather…. gale force sun!

The photos make Dartmoor look delightful in the spring sun, however, the constant 50mph wind on Saturday certainly made it a rather different experience. Nonetheless, all the students walked some huge distances with one step counter coming in at 78,000 on Saturday. Having completed their step count for the week, the students all still rose early to head off to Belstone and Fernworthy reservoir for their second day.

The students now have a break before the Ten Tors Challenge in May.

As our Year 13 students prepare for their exams, QEH marked this poignant moment with a day of celebration, reflection, and tradition. From heartfelt speeches and emotional goodbyes to the historic reading of The Charge

Celebrating the Class of 2025

At QEH Junior School, learning goes beyond the classroom with a wide range of clubs in sports, arts, STEM, and more. With expert coaching and sessions throughout the day, every pupil can discover new passions and develop key skills.

Introducing Golf to QEH Junior School

Live theatre is here to stay at QEH, as pupils from Years 3 and 4 put on an incredible production of Jack and the Beanstalk last week in our theatre.

My boys have loved QEH!  They felt at home so quickly and really enjoyed being able to be themselves with like-minded lads.  The teachers really 'got' them and, although they're very different characters, QEH brought out the best in both of them.
